The price includes:
• The completion of both the apartment and the building according to the design and the interior finish package.
• Fee for connecting to the water supply and sewerage system.
• Fee for connecting to the power supply.
• Fee for connecting to central heating.
• The phone network’s, data communications cables’ and the security alarm’s readiness for use.
• A 2-year warranty, valid as of issuing the authorisation for use.

An apartment buyer is obliged to buy at least one parking place in the garage!

The price of the contract does not include:
• The notary fee and state fee related to the conclusion of a sales contract.
• Fees for connecting to the phone network, data communications, cable television and the security alarm system.

The contract will be concluded in two stages:
1. An unattested written reservation contract: a reservation fee of 20,000 kroons.
2. A Real Right Contract: the rest of the sum is paid when the building and the apartment have been completed.

The possession will be transferred under an unattested written instrument of delivery and receipt after the conclusion of the Real Right Contract.
